Three memberships in one! With just one annual affiliate membership
payment, you automatically become member at all three levels of
the NAMI organization—the local community affiliate- NAMI WV- ,
the state organization (NAMI Arizona), and NAMI National.

Benefits include:

- Statewide local support groups, educational programs and events, and
advocacy opportunities

- The Mental Illness Information & Family Support Center which provides information and referrals, plus a
specialty lending and resource library

- A National “1-800” number for easy access to information, assistance, and referral

How much does a membership cost?

Individual/Family membership - $35
Open door- $3*

After March 1, 2008
$35.00 for an individual or family membership with one vote
$60.00 for a family membership with two votes
$3.00 for an Open Door* membership with one vote

*Open door membership receives the same benefits as a individual membership.  Qualification for this membership
is based on the honor system.

How long does a membership last?

1 year.
